A simple way to book a trusted driver

The innovation of ride sharing unlocked a completely new way for me to travel. However, growth created a high variability in the quality, sometimes I would get an amazing career driver in a clean and well maintained car, other times, well let’s just say it was different.

So I started to find drivers that cared about the experience and worked with them directly.  The first one was Vlad in Los Angeles. Over time, I started to work directly with more drivers, and my friends started to use these drivers as well.

This was great for the riders and better for the drivers as they now were able to keep a much larger portion of their revenue. However, even with the extra income, running a business over text messaging and manually billing customers has proven to be very stressful and tough for the drivers.

Which is why we created James. James empowers all of us to come together and share the best drivers– the ones that take pride in delivering the best service – and make sure that they are being rewarded for it.
